People who reported using cannabis in the past 12 months were asked where they usually obtained the cannabis from. Figure 16 displays the sources used to obtain cannabis over time. Almost three-quarters (73%) of people reported purchasing cannabis from a legal source (legal store or legal website), up from 2019 and 2022. Fifteen percent (15%) of people reported obtaining their cannabis from a social source (shared around a group of friends, from a friend, family member or acquaintance), and 5% reported growing their own cannabis or having it specifically grown for them; both represented a decrease from 2018 and 2022. Only 3% of people reported using an illegal purchase source (illegal store, illegal website or dealer), down from 2018. Two percent (2%) reported using another source, up from 2022 but unchanged from 2018; and 2% reported getting their cannabis from a storefront on a First Nations community (new in 2023).

Deswegen bin ich ehrlich gesagt etwas skeptisch, was unsere Variante betrifft: Ich hab mal in meiner Gegend geschaut und die Mitgliedsbeiträge für diese Social Clubs scheinen sich so um die 20€ pro Monat einzupendeln. Was für regelmäßige Kiffer sicherlich ok ist, aber wenn man halt mal so alle paar Wochen einen rauchen will, dann ist das schon sportlich. Und das gilt natürlich erst recht für den Selbstanbau.
Also ich kiffe relativ wenig. Auch mal wochenlang nichts und für mich lohnt der Anbau, denke ich.
Für echte Gelegenheitskiffer gilt doch, wenn wir ehrlich sind, folgendes: Auch wenn es verboten ist werden die ab und zu mal eine Blüte von einem Freund, der selbst anbaut, zu gesteckt bekommen. Etwa anderes anzunehmen wäre wohl weltfremd.
Aber du hast natürlich prinzipiell recht. Es wurde bei dem Gesetz viel getan um die legale Versorgung zu verkomplizieren. Das haben wir wohl denen zu verdanken, die es am liebsten weiter komplett verbieten würden.
