As for the photos reappearing after a factory reset of the device, there is no confirmed case by Apple about this ever happening, so I wouldn’t take this claim seriously.
From an outsider’s point of view sure, but does your consciousness dies when dematerialized, only to have a copy of your consciousness going on in the rematerialized body as if nothing happened?
I usually stick to 1080p medium for movies and TV shows I want to rewatch, 720p for the stuff I’ll watch once.
For movies I try to stick to a 2-5GB filesize, and TV shows between 200-400MB per episode.
