It’s the sound ‘-‘ makes in ‘uh-oh’
Okay, Éowyn…
My mouth was agape when he revealed the figure-8…
He hypothesized in the video that the figure-8 was to check to make sure no ships were in the area to further decrease risk of detection. Personally, I think it’s not unreasonable to assume it was just a final joyride into the abyss.
… No, sorry. The world building has such a great potential, but it’s clear that they had no direction after Monty’s death, and there are just so many random plot lines that they try to make stick, and then just never reference again. If it was just incidental stuff it might be possible to overlook, but it’s very foundational elements to the narrative that they just drop for no apparent reason.
Honestly if you’re feeling that way, you might just want to watch fight compilations on YouTube. The fight animations and the rest of the show were worked on almost completely separately, and you’ll have to get through at least season 3 before people stop clipping through objects, or background characters just being shadows.
Oh, come on, in that time period Google’s made several dozen copies of the same service! And some of them even lasted longer than a year before being killed!
And Microsoft has been steadily rewriting the book on naming schemes in a valiant effort to confuse you no matter which of their product lines/ services you need, and all while graciously providing Candy Crush and telemetry free of charge!
Yeah, the real London Bridge is in Arizona (no, seriously, yes, from the same London)
Knowing how knowledgeable Ahoy seems to be about weapon history, I feel like he was being extremely cheeky about that in the video. Near the end, “It wasn’t perfect. It melted sometimes.”, and, “The G36: …Cool.” had me cracking up.
When asked why the diner in Nighthawks apparently has no entrance, Hopper was quoted as saying,
Shit— fuck! Not again! I knew I was missing a door somewhere! Oh, goddammit, this is so embarrassing!
So Debian is Wario, and LMDE is Waluigi?
As a LMDE user, I’m okay with this.
To add onto what the others have said, the CCP isn’t shy about enforcing restrictions on digital media domestically. For instance, TikTok in China (Douyin) is quite different from the international version with strictly-enforced time limits, content restrictions, etc.
I’m so sorry… it seems like your printer has daemons in it…
Everyone in this thread is approaching this as if OP explicitly mentioned that they were trying to distribute this material through ‘grey-legal’ pirate channels; all they said is their torrent is novel.
So, OP, giving you the benefit of the doubt: (Or, alternatively, for those who stumble upon this post and may wish to archive “legal” data: )
If you’re trying to sincerely archive something that you believe nobody else has access to, and you aren’t just blatantly posting copyrighted material, the Internet Archive will host links to your torrent(s), provided that they are verifiably sound. Even though it isn’t usually thought of as a place to find torrent files, the Archives have a lot of content available through both F2P and P2P, and if your torrent/file is related to other content already hosted there, it could be part of a collection, which would also increase visibility.
If it is a piece of potentially lost media, please contact the Lost Media Wiki project (I believe they have a Discord), and they will be more than happy to help disseminate the content.
I just found two great rom hacks online you may be interested in if you haven’t already, Pokémon - Red Version++, and Pokémon - Blue Version Kaizo. While the former stays true to the original with added QoL improvements that make it more playable, the latter provides a challenging rearrangement of the classic that makes me feel like I’m playing Pokémon for the first time again.
Yeah, I agree, it’s a human scale made by humans for humans. 100°F will be hot for me whether I’m on Earth or Mars, but 0°C/100°C is only the freezing/boiling point of water on Earth.
I think the optimal solution is to use Kelvin for scientific purposes and Fahrenheit for everyday use, but that’s just the American speaking in me.
Nope.
