Having a low public opinion denies many choices, like Kara not being able to go through the border without having to make a sacrifice. Trying to go pacifist with not an high enough public opinion would also result in a total failure
I played Ico (from shadow of the colossus + Ico HD) through RPCS3 and it’s easily one of the best games I played.

3·9 months agoit’s not literally hidden, but it’s not easily searchable because since it’s a chat, it’s not indexable on search engines. A forum is a better solution to avoid the same questions being asked 1000x and to expose great solutions and advices.
That’s the problem, discussions should happen on the open web, not hidden in chatrooms
Discord and matrix are not searchable, they shouldn’t be used at all

With the plethora of great games getting released every month on PC, it’s very hard to feel any excitment for a game that will probably release in 2027 on PC. It doesn’t help that GTA Online left a sour taste, and even the single player story was only great for the first few hours then you just start doing heists for the fbi for the rest of the game. Considering we’re only getting a cinematic trailer after all this wait, I’m expecting already multiple delays or cyberpunk-level of disaster at launch
I think you’re being disingenuous, you perfectly understand this phenomenon but it doesn’t appeal to you. Paying for pixels will always be dumb anyway.
Those are fake indie games. They re-create the indie aesthethic to appeal to ethical consumers.
Dave the diver is not indie because it’s published by Nexon.
Lies of P is made by a previously unsuccessful company, but it’s also not indie. They made a lot of games in the past like Battlefield Online
51·1 year agoWe’re both linux users, but it doesn’t mean we have to be in this victim mentality of US vs THEM. We can recognize the achievements of Apple without being bitter fucks. There’s absolutely no point in saying that Apple copies this or that, because everyone in the tech world copies (or inspiration as we may call it)
It’s shocking that they’re so openly scamming their customers. Base models comes with last’s year chip and features. Has a gimped USB 2.0 port for maybe a 5$ difference. It’s a total insult.
I’m not even an Apple fanatic, but you’re such a weak mind to parrot those obvious lies. Do you really think that Apple would’ve gone this far if they copied everything? They hand picked the best tech out there and perfected it in every way. If you just wanna post some stupid, low effort comment to sound smart and interesting, don’t post at all. There’s absolutely no need for you to post anything if you’ve got nothing good to say.
The soc is super powerful, but iOS won’t even let you multitask anything. Can’t even download stuff in the background, or do anything in the background. You start a file upload? Too bad, app was killed as soon as you left it. While on android I can use ffmpeg for an hour in the background and it’s still running because I authorized it to run as long as it needs to run.
1·1 year agoI responded to people’s comments saying Joe is far-right. And I said “You guys are delusional/terminally online to say Joe is FAR-right”. And you come to reply to me saying a bunch of stuff basically proving that Joe just has regular dudebro opinions that would barely classify him as “rightoid”. I wasn’t trying to win a point, just trying to understand how the fuck some of you can be so deep in your own asses, you think Joe Rogan is far-right. You americans are so much in this US vs THEM that you absolutely want to insist that Joe is some sort of biased character with bad intentions. He is biased, but not because he wants money from the Republican party.
I also never clutched any pearls, but the way you guys speak about Joe like he’s some outlandish propagandist that espouses opinions that are so far out of the overton window just makes no sense.
You can’t prove that Joe isn’t a centrist in this day and age and it frustrate you so much, you throw a bunch of personal attacks at me. So keep going if you want, but even if you list 100 things that would make Joe a far-right, it still wouldn’t because it’s not true. If Joe was far-right like those true far-right nutcases, no one would listen to him
Y’all are trying to argue that Joe is that evil guy with bad intentions. In terms of politics, he is your average american over 35 and that’s why he resonates so much with people. We’re in a thread where OP asks “what to think of people who listen to Joe Rogan” and the only good answer is nothing. What do you think of people who watch Breaking Bad? It’s the same deal.
Joe has his opinions and he has to right to have them, but to say that he has bad intentions because he brings people on his table to get their perspective is completely false. He brings people from all walks of life. Do controversial people have no right to speak, we should silence them and anyone who dares give them a platform should be associated with them just for trying to have a discussion?
Are you guys so void of critical thoughts that you can’t listen to someone you disagree with? Even for a few minutes?

For the average american, you would be shocked to know that trans acceptance is still quite low. Joe being easily swayed by good propaganda like many other americans isn’t a testament that he has bad intentions. Instead of demonizing him as anti-lgbt (which he is not), people should encourage him to be more open minded.
