Kamar Cunningham of Toronto was arrested as part of Project Patton in June 2018 for his involvement in an organization that trafficked guns over the U.S. border, police said.

    In the defence of our legal system, he did pinky promise to not skip bail… I don’t see what else they could have done.

      They could have denied him bail, but once they allowed it, yeah, they were kind of stuck.
