Not enough space for a stroller, had to walk in the middle of the street to go around the SUV.

I was gonna comment something northern, like Groningen, but on close inspection, to the top right I spotted a old-timey triangular home front, which is absolutely too high up.

So it must be the Zaandam Inntel, am I right?
