I keep double tapping but it doesnt place the block

Your build might be busted. Mine works with doubletap. I have version 5.7
Same. I downloaded it from github. It might just be my disablity tho
Try long tap. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s broken. Minetest seems broken in a lot of regards. Usability is not a priority for Minetest because it’s not anything more than a tech demo.

Ah well then, 🤷. Maybe it worked at one point and was broken. Maybe it’s specific to your device. It’s hard to say. Minetest doesn’t have the same coverage as Minecraft does.
