6 months agoThis means that the sender includes a list-unsubscribe header, which is supported by a lot of email clients. Not sure if StubHub does this, but it’s worth checking.

Can you test after verifying your email? I suspect API used by mobile app only allows users with verified emails to prevent slow down bots.
