And SuperfastMatt! He shows the messy process of backyard engineering, doesn’t waste your time or yell at you, and there’s a little dry humor in there
Also, the color doesn’t make that much of a difference. Like a percentage you can count on one hand. Much more significant gains can be had from ridge vents and other ways of getting the heat out of the attic, and insulation to keep that heat from going into the house.
At least according to my acquaintance in the roofing industry, and obvs this is regarding typical US/Canada SFHs
I was playing on Steam maybe 2 months ago and I saw two people in my 4ish hours of playing. They both kinda danced around me for a bit then ran off :(
Still playing through Thirsty Suitors on my deck on the TV. About 4 hrs in. It’s got an interesting story in there, but the fighting gets tedious sometimes and honestly, I wish I were encountering more of my exes. 7/10 so far
Also playing my second run through of BG3 with my buddy whenever we both have time. 10/10
And unrelated to gaming, I’ll have the 24 Hours of Le Mans on in the background
I’m gonna disagree with that other commenter. I’d recommend starting with DOS2 before 1. DOS2 is much more refined and generally less annoying to play. And they’re separate stories, so nothing in 2 would spoil the experience of 1
But they’re both good games worth playing, so don’t let that indecision stop you from trying either
Yeah me and my buddy have been going back and forth between easiest mode and one notch up. Still a fun experience either way! Just a matter of if we want a more strategic challenge vs. being pew pew gods
Doesn’t look like they’re actually selling this wheel. Looks like it was just made for this video
(I was hoping for a new wheel for iRacing lol)
Oh I didn’t know there were leagues!
I usually just jump into 3v3 competitive for a couple matches at the end of a night, but last week I did a tournament. Made it all the way to the semifinals! Which is way further than I expected to lol
I’ve played through the whole thing and maxed out my restaurant. I’m still not sure how to describe why it’s so engaging for me.
I think Stardew didn’t hit with me because there were too many mechanics. But Dave is just so light and joyful!
Ah ok I’ve only really played on Xbox, since that’s where my CRPG buddy is. Still trying to convince him to build a gaming PC. Or at least get a steam deck haha
I’m soooo thankful BG3 went with the skill wheel rather than the skill bars like in DoS 1/2. The bars were a pain to try to keep organized (at least on console or playing with a controller), and I’d always forget to use skills that were on bars 3 or higher.
I get it. I’m the only one of my D&D/RPG friends who likes sports, and the only one of my sports friends who likes D&D :-/
7 is enough for me lol. I enjoyed it, but I couldn’t do it anymore after about 5 hours
Email GOG and ask them whether their version of BG3 works on Mac? If it ends up not working, you have a solid case for a refund
I know Steam would be ideal, but sometimes you just have to meet somebody where they are
I’m playing coop online with my friend now. (Just started, since he’s on Xbox only.)
Since we only play like 4 hours/week, and about half the time our gaming “appointment” gets cancelled because of adult responsibilities, I think it’ll take us a good year to get to the end lol
Yeah I have a usb dock with HDMI plugged into my TV, and an old Xbox One controller paired to the Deck. Basically works the same as a docked Switch
Ok, yeah I’ve tried trackpadding other games on the Deck and it was a thoroughly unenjoyable experience for me. Maybe I’ll try to push through again with this game
Yeah I’ve tried using the Deck’s trackpads in games. I’m ok with it for an occasional menu, but I haven’t been able to enjoy it enough to use it as a primary gaming input device
She has a video on the lore of some church’s series of musical theater performances. Highly recommend
