Clearly a theoretical hyper-intelligent machine will think exactly the same way I do.
because the market wanted it
I can’t possibly roll my eyes any harder at this statement, with gaming companies practically competing to go under as fast as possible over the past decade.
Eh… It’s more than just paying, but that a lot of the stuff which is now a standard microtransaction used to be integrated into the total experience, so you’d unlock outfits and such for finding secrets or completing challenges. That sort of content was integral to the over all experience, not just an extra to tack on as an afterthought.
Could it perhaps be specific models that are no longer manufactured? I was checking out the price I could expect for one of my old PSUs and found that it was apparently a particularly well liked unit for some reason, and so it’s used price was a fair bit higher than expected.
They actually are open source, and there is indeed a lot of material out there to help people with everything they need to build their own. The only part that is illegal to make on your own is the part with a serial number on it, for tracking purposes.
Sure there are good uses for it, but not the way we’ve been aggressively shoving it into every space we possibly can, consequences be damned.
That was always the point of digitizing the world. It’s crazy to me that people didn’t see it coming, but it’s nice that people are actually taking notice now.
As if trolling isn’t a real thing that people do?
Unfortunately that’s what the Internet has always been. It was only allowed to be decent for a short time so that people would build the infrastructure necessary, before they flipped the switch on hardcore control.
Can’t say I disagree with you there. You’re just reading too much into my post.
So by your logic is the OP a femcel, or are you just embracing double standards? I encourage you to like whatever type you like, but try to understand that certain personality types “click” with certain personality types. If you want a specific type, then you ought to put in the effort to make yourself into the type of person who can support that type.
Most of them? Are you confusing “soft” for “weak?”
Paraphrased from the last thread I saw about this: Women always want these types of men from LotR, but they never want to be like women from LotR: Strong, gentle, soft and loyal.
The thing that gets me about the Tomb Raider reboot is they toned down the sex appeal, but apparently graphically brutalizing Lara is perfectly okay.
Sexy Lara: Sexist!
Beating the ever loving shit out of Lara: Not sexist!
It’s exactly the same way that “alt-right” became popular around 2015 originally to self identify as a life long liberal who felt they could no longer support the political left, but also weren’t comfortable with fully supporting the political right. It was seized upon and redefined to remove those people’s ability to succinctly identify their unique position, to maintain the artificial 50/50 left/right divide in the public’s mind.
And yes I am aware that it was once used by some shithead nobody cares about before that, but I’m talking about it’s popular use in recent times.
Living your own life for yourself and not getting bent out of shape because strangers on the Internet aren’t interested in changing their cultures and traditions to adapt to whatever you demand of them.
Yea, they explicitly ordered it like this after dreaming up the joke in the shower so they could post it to social media.
Get this game. Endless Legend is a good deal at full price.
