and 2 normal demons
what did davinci try doing, I think I’ve heard the name like one or twice and never again
what are you in about?
yes
you could also just use it in termux
me neither but I’m running a custom rom
you can have desktop extensions on Firefox nightly
you still can get them, they are just hidden
probably in normal Firefox too, it’s just hidden in all of them
it does rn, it’s just a little more effort to get them but it’s not hard
me when unattended upgrades
I once had rsync going and didn’t want to stop it. my xorg somehow died, managed to restart that from ssh keeping the rsync running. had to use something to move the rsyncs to a screen first. kinda cool how you can almost always just restart parts of Linux instead of the whole thing
get YouTube revanced, it lets you mostly hide shorts from existence
that part isn’t a problem with Irish isps, I run a variety of things to myself without problems
normally you’d rent out a server (vps) and run it on there but hosting from your house would also work. the whole idea about Lemmy is that each instance is ran on different servers by different people
use smb ftp sftp or something similar, just make sure both laptops are connected to the router with ethernet. if the old laptop has its storage easily accessible then I might also just take it out and plug it into my sata dock
what is ska?
kbin is one of the different Lemmy instances
what tf are you on about?
