Whilst I agree that investors have everybright to expect a return on investment I think this could have been resolved and a number of ways which didn’t include alienating a large proportion of the user base.
I started using BitWarden since I moved away from the apple eco system and moved to Android as I’m only a mobile user phone/tablet.
It’s never failed me and even after an accidental factory reset I was able to recover everything.
If they wanted an echo chamber they would have defederated from all other instances.
