Against the Storm! It’s a roguelite citybuilder set in an apocalyptic world where you build settlements in a short amount of time to complete objectives and hopefully survive. While it borrows some mechanics from some city builders, I haven’t played anything quite like it’s unique blend yet. Plus the artstyle is pretty reminiscent of Warcraft but prettier.
It’s in early access right now but it’s basically a complete game at this point.
This just reminded me to finish Atelier Rorona… at some point in the future lol
TIL tvtropes has those tropes. I only knew about the Broken Base page. I am so keeping those for reference.
[email protected] for Yakuza/Like a Dragon
Weirdos of the world unite! I’m all for equal-opportunity horniness lol.
I guess it’s unnatural for a large group of people, since a lot of people aren’t sex positive due to upbringing or some other factors.
I’m personally mostly okay with how the game handles sex and romance, and I also have friends who are completely okay with the game’s nudity as well (heck we even have a multiplayer character running around naked in camp lol). But I do have some other friends who were taken aback when character customization came up and genital customization was a thing.
Same thing with Japan! Some people even live inside cafes. Internet cafes will still have a niche and function to fulfill, even if they aren’t the same as what they were originally in the 90s.
Playing Divinity Original Sin 2 one more time with a couple of friends before Baldur’s Gate 3 launches. Aside from that, also been trying out Wildermyth and it’s been fun so far.
lemmy.film is centered around… discussion of film, whether it is about viewing them, creating them, and everything in between.
If she has a youtube channel as well it might be Food4Dogs.
It kind of warms my heart to see people of all ages still gaming. If people are allowed to enjoy other forms of entertainment, gaming should be there as well.
This just reminded me of how great of a book that was. Time to reread it a decade after I first read it.
