You could vote for a different party for example
Not in the US you can’t. It’s basically the same as not voting. You can argue that it’s in favour of republicans, even.
Yeah, that only works if such third party is nearly as large as the republicans, which it isn’t. Until then they’ll sooner try to appease right wing voters.
It’s the opposite of that one Black Mirror episode lol
Nothing justifies burning kittens alive. Not Even Doom Music.
Who hurt you?
The repo description says it works with existing Redis clients, so probably.
wait, has that been there the whole time or did you edit the image? Didn’t know Lemmy could do that.
Won’t work because it doesn’t have the -r flag.
I’ve been guilty of this, but do get how it’s a bad thing. It’s like calling people NPCs.
IIRC it changed its name to the GNOME Web Browser, and it’s decent enough. It doesn’t have exact feature parity with Safari, but the rendering and web stuff is nice and efficient.
btw I use gentoo
…haaaaa, couldn’t keep a straight face, nobody uses gentoo.
If it’s on the screen, it’s production ready
“I gave you a PNG, why can’t you just make it work?”
A lot of it is also lazy writing, often crossing over into negligence. The Japanese magic school being literally called “Magic School” is an example of that, where she just ran it through google translate or something.
Now that I think of it, I shouldn’t be surprised that someone so intellectually lazy is such a big transphobe.
It’s like people don’t want to email people with Gmail addresses because Google at some point killed off XMPP*, in fearing that email altogether would be killed off.
That’s a pretty good example actually. React has been a boon to webdev imo, and I love using it. Yarn too.
Same. I’m glad the ‘default’ instances are federated, since I want to follow a bunch of folks on threads. And I’m glad that I dont have to give up my personal info to zuck to do that.
What the Sigmund?
