I don’t think there will ever be a perfect OS or hardware in this marketplace. Everyone is chasing a white whale. I’ve been doing it since the GP32x and I’d buy every damn device that came out if I didn’t have some rules for myself.
I’ve currently got the Miyoo Mini which is great but a bit too tiny for me. So I went and got the MM+ which seems perfect for now at least…….
I just prefer an open source Linux/community supported OS so my handheld won’t be left to die like my old Nvidia Shield Portable.
I’m not dissing Retroid devices but the Android only thing puts me off buying one
Shame it’s android only
AMD on Linux is pretty much hassle free
Gnome Wayland mainly.
I’ve been flirting with Hyprland wick seems really nice. I’d fully switch to it if gaming performance was on par with what I get on Gnome.
They did shake up the economy but it was nothing serious. There were a bunch of cry babies like this on Reddit and discord.
At the end of the day you only need Blood Bonds to buy some legendary weapons/hunter/tool skins which are purely cosmetic and have nothing to do with the main game loop.
Some skins/cosmetics can also be earned in game without using premium currency.
I bought most DLC and blood bond skins because they cool and I want to support a game I love
2400 hours of fun for the €20 I paid for Hunt is damn good value
I’ve played the Lynx version most out of these and it’s probably my most played game on the various retro handhelds I’ve owned. Especially BMXing I just love it
Hunt Showdown is on offer at the moment. It’s quite a learning curve but once you get the hang of it it’s fantastic. I’ve clocked 2.4k hours and it’s still got me hooked
I second this. On fedora I had a few too many issues with the flatpak and all were solved by switching to the rpm/native version
Fedora is upstream of RHEL so this doesn’t change much
Please do tell?
It’s a distribution of Linux. Everything I was running on windows works pretty much the same minus the annoying shit that Microsoft brings to their OS
Good luck to them. I’ve been very much enjoying Fedora since Windows 11 came out.
Oh no
