I was a fan too, but lost the portable version I was using when my usb died. The version I pulled off git now freezes every 10 seconds and closes itself down a lot. Not sure how they made it worse but it’s worse now.

Can learn the basics from this recording. No ties to the account it’s on, it just came up first for me. => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPpUNAFHgxM
The principles are a solid foundation but can be taken for granted depending on income or association. The community is spurred from the principles but still has entitled participants :/ Interesting exercise
low-effort gossip from people hate-posting news
Thank you for the terms. Couldn’t find them anywhere. Made it hard to fit my comments in with communities not realizing this was the meta.
I used Heimdall when I was self-hosting in the cloud for a bit. Didn’t have any issues.
No one wants to come to terms easily either. Most people seem to think you’re attacking their beliefs, even when asking really basic questions.
are just interested in Twitter news.
From the way I’m interpreting that… shouldn’t that demand for ‘just twitter news’ lead to a new community for that specifically? Like if it’s really that interesting to enough people, wouldn’t that be the better outcome?

Just don’t forget where you’ve been getting your motivation from up to this point. It only gives you the energy to get those things accomplished, not the motivation to want to do them.
Yep, it’s an easy fix. There’s better ways to get information about events that matter to you than corporate sponsored fear-mongering… I mean “the news.”
It’s not robots though, it’s math. Which, from having gone to public school… generally translates to “magic” <insert hand waving> to most people.

Why I haven’t delved back into any persistent self-hosting yet.
This one dockers.
I was on it for around 8 years. Even exercising doesn’t quite take care of the falling asleep thing. Eventually I was able to get to a point where I could ‘decide’ to fall asleep, but that didn’t even work 100%. As far as adjusting the dosage, it’s tricky because if you lower it too far, you won’t make it through your day again.
Reducing morning lisdexamfetamine to 35mg. I don’t think it’s the medication, but it can’t help!
It’s the vyvanse. Yeah, it’s really helpful, but it’s definitely the vyvanse.
“I’ve pretty much just sat on the couch these past two days throwing myself a little pity party.”
As a veteran @ 1 year and about to be 7 months of Vyvanse, it does get easier… eventually. I’d consider (job willing) taking at least a week off to deal with the withdraw. It’s not as bad as generic amphetamine salts… but my reccommendation is to stay focused on hygiene, nutrition, fitness, and rest. You’ll get through it.

I find them online and use javascript to rip them into a text file and use @Voice premium on android to read/listen to the text files. I got the premium @Voice because I didn’t realize how much of a staple having an app that can read most types of files was going to be.
