I use it for Marvel and Star Wars too (especially with the somewhat renewed faith in live action offerings thanks to Andor),but also watch shows like Dave, The Bear, Extraordinary, Abbot Elementary, The Orville etc on Disney+. This is in the UK. I believe some of those show on Hulu where that service exists.

Anyone who has to use Windows and suffers this, PowerToys is your friend. Locksmith identifies what’s locking your file and allows you to free it up. Dunno why PowerToys isn’t bundled by default tbh.

I don’t think it’s “prioritise humans over the planet” but more “we should be able to look after one another as a base level of being human. If we can’t figure that out how the hell can we focus on bigger things like the planet”. Not saying what we should and shouldn’t do but just throwing shade at our ability.

I used to be really impressed with the super macro on my Oneplus 7T Pro. It was exceptional for the time (I opted for it over the Pixel 4XL).

I don't miss it much on the Zenfone 10. I do miss the telephoto lens though. Mostly the overly blue skies on the Zenfone need balancing, because even with settings toned down it's beautiful but extremely fake. Gcam resolves somewhat but that has its own issues.

Still, glad to have a compact powerhouse with decent battery and rely on my wife's Pixel 6 for the realism and quality of pics while we travel.

Travelling for 11 weeks. Want to watch it in peace at home. Seen only episode 1 so far. Spoilers are invading me now.

I actually used to use DC a lot in my previous job (everyone had access), and having full edit functionality would help me in this one too. I’ve tried other options but I haven’t requested a licence because the main thing I do nowadays is merge and split pdfs and there are other options for that. I only miss it occasionally.

Their Fire TV stick one was decent before but has become meh

In the UK it was where they showed Mr Robot and a few other things on streaming services and channels not usually available here. It introduced me to Halt and Catch Fire and other good stuff. YMMV depending on location of course.

I have it but revanced is a much better experience overall. I also pay for Premium so I get downloads but if youtube included swipe controls for brightness and volume I wouldn’t need revanced. Though the skip segment stuff is good.

Ah yeah much more common now, yet I prefer the customisable nature of wrapper notifications. At one point Messenger worked in them too. No longer.

Yup, Frost was just a wrapper for the mobile site, but it had notifications, dark theme and other trimmings and barely used battery vs. the official app. I’ve been keeping an eye on the official FB app’s battery usage on the new phone and so far in the space of 40% used since I charged my phone to 80% in the morning (with it being 8pm now), there has been no battery consumption from FB at all. This is much better than it used to be. I’m sure when I actively use it it will drain more, but I don’t use it really, only if someone sends me a link or if I need to check birthdays.

It’s the background usage before that was killing me.
