IT Engineer here also. I’d recommend doing something not related to tech (even though we love it). I’ve taken up bike riding and walking. Getting outdoors helps my anxiety a ton.

I saw the northern lights for the first time in MN this past winter (just moved here and out to the country). It was breathtaking. Something I’ve wanted to see my entire life and it did not disappoint. Makes me want to go further North to see it better.

I got back from RMNP in May. Absolutely loved it. Saw 3 moose, about a thousand elk and some mule deer.

Emerald Lake Trail was covered in snow and very slick so we unfortunately didn’t do the hike, but every trail was amazing
