If you’re not planning on upgrading, or don’t need a superpowered video card for work, you could definitely save on the money. I am using a RTX 2060 Super (your choice is comparable to the 3000 line from Nvidia) and playing all games I want to play in high quality at 1080p 60hz and good fps.

Never heard of Cassette Beasts! That looks really cool, I’ll check it out.

Calamity is a classic and an awesome experience. I definitely recommend trying that one out. I haven’t played in a while but I don’t think I could return to vanilla.

Thorium and Spirit also work well together, but I haven’t played around much with those.

I just joined today and will always stay a lurker but I’ve mainly noticed a difference in the type of comment I feel prompted to make.
