Unfortunately there are A LOT of people that find them attractive. A stunningly high amount. I would almost guarantee that it’s more of a branding/“all hail God emperor musk” obsession for most but the point remains. There are people out there that legitimately think it looks very cool and beautiful tho which boggles my mind but whatevs.

This is a you problem pal. I personally have a moat defense system installed around my home and also around each individual room within the home with draw bridges for isolation in case of emergency. Safety is just common sense.

This is right where I am. The funny (and ofren annoying) part is, if I talk with someone from either side they automatically assume I’m the polar opposite of them. People on the far left thing I’m a trump loving maga hat wearing Republican because I don’t love Biden or a lot of the democratic policies. People on the right think I’m left wing extremist that wants to abort all babies and murder Jesus Christ with the LGBTQ+ militia because I don’t love everything Republican. You simply cannot exist in the middle with most people. I can’t get these people to realize I just hate all of them lol

I think the key thing is most people don’t like change. They know stroads. They may not love stroads but they work and it’s what they’ve used. I’ve been all over the place in this country and by and large public transportation SUCKS and creates more headaches than anything. Just hopping into a car is 1000x easier. So that’s the view I think most people go into this with. In the cities where public transportation is good, it’s a complete game changer, but they are few and far between so most people don’t have a good reference point. They see people pushing public transportation and think of their own shitty system and say F that.

That's not quite how this works tho. Microsoft doesn't make games. Sony doesn't make games. The only exception is Nintendo but even they outsource a ton of devopment to studios like 1-up studios, monolith soft, retro studios etc. These companies just make a console that plays games and then they try to buy rights to good games or studios so they can make their games exclusive to that console to bolster sales. Sure, sony and microsoft could pour tons and tons and tons of money into creating their own studios i guess that make their own branded games but they have decided to focus on hardware sales instead. This is especially true for microsoft where the xbox is just a small part of the business where the PC market is their focus.

From a business standpoint, it makes 10000% more sense to just try and acquire other businesses that do the work under you and you just publish their games. Which is why nintendo, sony, and microsoft all try to do it so much. I mean Sony alone has bought 14 development studios since last year.

This whole thing has confused the ever loving balls out of me. Xbox and Microsoft having been getting MURDERED over the last few years and ridiculed by pretty much everyone for one reason and one reason only, they have no games. Why get an Xbox? PlayStation and Nintendo have all the good exclusives. Xbox has nothing.

Now, Microsoft goes out and buys up some IP's and studios that have games they can make exclusive if they want (even tho they've said over and over they won't for the ones that currently aren't console exclusives but we'll see on that one). So, for the first time in pretty much forever they'll have the opportunity for console exclusives other than Halo and now everyone is complaining that they'll make the games console exclusives. It's like the biggest damned if you do, damned if you don't for them lol.

I hate working. I only work to have food, a roof over my head, and to be able to do the things I actually like doing. The absolute last thing I want to spend 20 minutes talking about is my job.

Absolutely agree. The other things are just garbage and a waste of energy to consume. If for some reason you find yourself with trail mix that isn’t all chocolate, what you want to do is just heat up the trail mix over a strainer and let all the chocolate fall thru. Let the chocolate cool, throw away the rest, and then eat the remaining chocolate once it hardens. Enjoy the best trail mix ever.
