My issue is that I loathe its combat system entirely.
I love exploring and talking with people, and even flying around using bad menu systems to do fetch quests.
But every mission involves the attrocious spongey gunplay or nonsense ship-controls combat for no reason. I'm an ex diplomat who supports his parents by taking mining gigs ffs!
I will revisit once mods make the game something worth engaging with. I'm a huge Bethesda fan boy, truth be told, so I'll play it likely a lot in the future, but in its current state it's just not worth my gaming time yet.
