Just ordered an elegoo neptune 4 pro and planning to just put it on the floor since I have no extra tables. Other than not looking as good, I don’t see too much of a disadvantage. Maybe I can raise it up with the filament boxes? What do you guys think?
Avoid carpet floors. There are fans venting on the bottom side which you don’t want to clog up with dust
