    I wish developers took genre as gameplay elements and not entirely mimicing settings and tone and themes along with the gameplay. Lots of people were hoping AC6 could be a soulslike in a different setting, because no ones doing it.

      I don’t like soulslikes and how everything has to be a soulslike these days, but maybe I’d be more willing to try if they weren’t all so bleak.

    I also think there are too many souls likes.

    If you told 15 year old me that I’d be nostalgic for scifi shooters they’d scoff.

    LOTF is unique in that it’ll supposedly have co-op that isn’t ass, so that’s a pretty good selling point.

      And yet they’ll still have invasions. Is it so much to ask to take that formula, with co-op that works from a damn menu, without invasions?
