I never said be mean to staff, or rude. And you can’t point out where I have because it didn’t happen. You can still tell staff that insist on telling you that regulators are the cause of e-waste to inform themselves of their corporations decisions and how they sound parroting lies.
“I’m not rude to anyone who isn’t rude first… but I consider people just doing their jobs as directed by their bosses, in a way I personally dislike, to be rude, so it’s totally fine for me to be rude to them” is a summary of your stance.
Sure, you could disingenuously misinterpret it that way. Or you could not poorly paraphrase what I said in a manner that assumes ill intent, that’s always a choice.
