Could be as trivial as a type of food, a TV show, or something more serious.

    Beans and Mexican spices. I know damn well that I’m missing out on a whole dimension of culinary experiences but they both make me viscerally gag.

        I am ashamed to say that I have not. I’d either need to find an Indian restaurant (closest one is 30 miles away lol) or try to whip up an Indian recipe with grocery store ingredients.

          ok. I was just wondering. Mexican and indian food share a lot of spices. indian tends to add a few more, like coriander and cardamom. you also might want to try Salvadoran food, it’s a little less spice heavy but very good. anywho, I hope you have delicious food in your life, regardless of where it comes from.
