    No but I lucid sleep.

    Once in a while, I have what I call “ghost sleep”. Like, I’m sleeping, but I’m aware that I’m sleeping. And I witness the whole night, never end up in the deep sleep cycle.

    No need to mention I’m not super energized the next day.

    And after looking into it, that’s the kind of problems you encounter while getting old. Blood pressure gets higher when eating sodium, fat and drinking alcohol. So, going to pub one night, eating French fries, some burger and drinking a few pints now comes at a higher price that what’s on the bill.

    Getting old sucks. I’m only 44.
