Lenovo is working on a gaming handheld called Legion Go, which might be the best on-the-go gaming device yet! And if you think this is just another rumor like Lenovo’s Legion Play from a few years back (as we also did), think again.

At first glance, it doesn’t look that much different from its competitors, but the thing that sets it apart (we think) it’s the similarities with another huge player in this space, the Nintendo Switch.

Unfortunately it comes with Windows 11.

I’d love a Steam Deck variation I can actually buy… (Steam Deck is not sold in my country)

Someone will probably get SteamOS running on it, but I don’t know how buggy that would be.

Valve really ought to make SteamOS available to other manufacturers. It’s what they were originally planning to do with the Steam Machines, and it’d be a huge driver of customers into Steam. (And Linux!)

I’m not just saying that as a Linux fan though, Windows has proven to not be very suited for devices like this.

The steam deck is already right there at the limit with it’s weight. This thing looks significantly heavier.

Also can’t wait for Nintendo to sue. This article even called them “joy-cons” as if desperately calling out to Nintendo, “yep, pull that trigger”.
