Maybe they could make games and not a live service and people would play them.

That really looks like an AR-15 extractor.
I was a bit late on this booster because they were late getting it on base and then shifted all supplies overseas which made me go to local pharmacies which is a pain for active duty but I finally managed. I feel like I was higher risk at the beginning than now though, either way what I’ve been doing seems to have worked. Meanwhile my biochemist wife who works in pharma development is only a bit butthurt that she caught it before me despite absolutely being the subject matter expert and only going interacting with peers at work during the height of it.
That sucks. I genuinely can’t fathom how I haven’t caught it yet. I got the vax right when it came out at the hospital/first responder time but with how much I travelled at the peak it’s amazing I’ve still avoided it. Every booster has kicked my ass so I really don’t think I had a silent case.
Nope. So glad I quit when I did and haven’t looked back. The more I see what it’s become the more I’m happy with my choice.
I’ve only been there when hotels in Glasglow were full but it was a pleasant surprise.
Fun little town. Definitely off the beaten path though.
I wonder if they consider the NRA? It would be weird to exclude 501C3s but not 501c4s and PP operates separately as both.
It’s a training base so we’ve got both here. I’m just on the prop side. Cargo planes are super fun too, used to fly C-17s over my old house all the time before we moved here.
I live basically across the street from an Air Force base so I get turboprops over the house at 1,000 feet starting at about 7:00 5-6 days a week. Doesn’t bother me or my wife, we just like planes.
Piston driven planes still do use leaded gasoline. There is a very recent push to certify lead free avgas and progress is being made but they’re being a bit opaque and seemingly rushing it which is making a lot of people weary of it.
Nope. Swiped on the wrong link to make a comment. There were two posts one above another and I must have hit the wrong one on mobile.

Yeah, only 9 years to get caught and brought public.
Lately it’s been War Thunder. Finally got it set up nicely with my Quest 2 and it’s pretty damn good in VR.
It happened in April of 22 and was widely reported in august of 22. This specific story was rehashed with a recent date but considering it’s been posted like 5 times each on 3 different subreddits I missed the posting date of this specific instance of the same exact year old rehash.
It caused a huge stink for about 48 hours when it was originally reported then very quickly faded into obscurity when people actually learned the details of it.
While those restrictions are absolute BS and I fully support safe and legal access to abortions, this simply is not the case to make the poster child. It was before Dobbs was decided and well outside the window in even the majority of Blue states and the EU. When it comes to super late term abortions they are the obvious boogeyman that the anti abortion crowd uses to justify their draconian restrictions. This is one of the most clear cut examples of the scenarios that generally don’t happen. During the debates Buttigieg put it perfectly on his response to late term abortions. https://www.vox.com/2019/5/19/18631854/pete-buttigieg-fox-news-town-hall
This is literally the one in 10 million example that breaks the mold. She wasn’t actively trying and stopped by road blocks, she didn’t just miss the cutoff due to logistics. This is literally the only tangible example of the actual boogeyman argument that I’ve come across. It was pre-Dobbs, they broke many laws beyond just the timing of the abortion and Meta was responding to a valid subpoena after the mother and daughter forgot about “shut the fuck up friday.” Reposting this a year later 4 times a day on 3 different Lemmy communities for a week to prove your ultra lib credentials isn’t beneficial to the cause, women’s rights or the growth of Lemmy.
I mean, what they did would be illegal regardless of Dobbs and in the entire EU. This isn’t the case to prove that point, which is why it very quickly faded after the initial run of misleading headlines when it happened. I’m absolutely pro choice but the woman and her daughter are not poster children for victims of the pro life movement. They committed actual crimes and she put her daughter in actual danger. They then openly admitted to police that they discussed it on an unencrypted and available messaging system which resulted in a valid warrant issued by a judge with due process.
This just plain isn’t a smoking gun against anti abortionists or Meta. The more you pretend it is the more it ruins your credibility to anyone that actually reads the details of the case.
Does this mean that a mall cop can defeat trump?
