Every once in a while I get sad when I see a bunch of 14 year old boys stanning andrew tate and screaming "women :coffecup" on every single video. but stuff like this gives me hope.
I feel like FOSS apps keep getting more viable while closed source apps keep getting worse. I feel like the next version of the internet is the one few know about. Even Mastodon is getting better, and Lemmy is pretty much a reddit equivalent now.
I bet if you break this thing you will get charged with assault on an officer
I’m gonna push that offbrand baymax onto the tracks.
Elon is a Nazi who wants to experiment on disabled people.
I really want yo watch this, I never really watched adventure time that much but I do wanna watch this.
I mean google plans on supporting the pixel 8 for a really long time, sampsung provides support for a pretty long time
I kinda wonder if there will be any US device makers left? I guess mg biggest fear is let’s say iPhone uses up 90% marketshare in the US than releases a new standard for cell carriers and they drop support for anything but iOS.
Its just hard since my family is pretty small, and I feel like I don’t want to open up to people cause of RSD, if hurts.
Is this another bait case trying to overturn section 230?

I hate how the gov cannot see that a privacy bill would solve everything here. In general, the biggest problem on social media is that algorithms control everything, by collecting too much data on everyone. A privacy bill would generally limit the amount of data companies have and generally would mean the idea of the engineered rabbit hole. The algorithm detects your teenager is looking up dieting content, and that they comment on people with skinny bodies, it will keep showing this type of content cause it knows it will keep your kid on the app longer. A privacy bill would mean companies could not use this data and sell it to other platforms. This on the other hand does not stop this at all, all it does is create liability and creates a direct way for AG to take action when something is deemed “harmful to children” while in more liberals areas this might be actually concerning stuff, in southern areas it will be queer content, videos of trans people talking about their lives, women telling other women ways to empower themselves, and content educating people on systemic racism. Furthermore this will just make the internet more of a pain in the ass for adults, wanna buy something deemed unsafe for minors (ID CHECK), wanna watch something youtube age flagged for no reason (ID CHECK) also no one talks about this but this will destroy FOSS software cause overtime companies will invent on device age verification, and to verify your device they will use something like safetynet and Google’s WEI to ensure your on a “verified” operating system. (NO PORN ON LINUX YALL SORRY)
So much for free speech
Shoplifting is actually really based and as an employee your employer shouldn’t expect you to do anything about it. Fuck the capitalist bullshit.
While I dislike death threats, the idea that a bunch of rich CEOs can kill indie games devs with one decision is really bad! I support other actions against unity mainly since there is a bunch of employees who don’t have anything to do with this scared for their lives right now.
Based! Can the video game industry go on strike now??
Lutris is having the same issues for some reason
