I can do step 1 without waking up, so I would take that extra time to continue connecting with myself while sleeping. Also, caffeine takes 20-30 mins to kick in, so they’re actually waiting close to 2 hours to cue themselves into “work mode”.

It’s a 3rd party app. It does allow me to set activity zones, but as mentioned, I actually want to monitor that area. I just don’t want it to alert me for a specific 30 minute period in the morning. But yeah, I’ll see if I can customize the schedule of that specific camera on the app to stop alerts only for that specific time. Thanks!
I just don’t scroll through the feed at all. I spend around 5 minutes on linkedin in a week just to check connection requests and that’s all my usage.
Not that it wasn’t a thing before, but it got way worse after the pandemic. A lot of people really forgot how to act in public after staying home for an extended period.
