Only knew the guy from Dragon Quest and Chrono Trigger

It’s an “open source” design, so there’s no brand but anyone can make one, so many manufacturers do. Perhaps it’s one of the factors that drives the price down.
Happy to read it, I can really recommend it!
Depending on what SD card it came with, I could recommend you to replace the SD card cause it can sometimes come with a faulty SD card so the manufacturer saves costs. Samsung EVO Plus/Pro of 64GB or more should do and can be bought for around €15 (in NL), so I don’t think that’s much of an issue
I’m not sure what you mean by this. You trust my questions with your life?
I still don’t see how this can beat an R36S? Is it far more powerful? Or is it for people who want to get into emulation consoles and haven’t heard of the R36S, yet?
Damn, fuck Tim.
GBC
came out last month
I think I’m about to go down a long rabbit hole that I’m going to like!
On the go, New Super Mario Bros. (albeit on an emulator) to relive some good ol days from when I was young and the world was a simpler place.
I’m playing Yaolings at home, it actually feels quite nice and comfy to play
XMPP with the OMEMO extension is close, no? While Matrix isn’t distributed, it is decentralised like Lemmy and Mastodon, and E2EE by default. That could be the closest thing to what you mean?
Ah, it seems I’ve misunderstood. Bummer!
One thing I learned from growing up in a not too well of family, is that things that fell off a truck, never actually fell off a truck.
Interestingly, we use the same “excuse” in Dutch! (van een vrachtwagen gevallen)
Since OP is looking to sell it… This may be your lucky day/week/period!
XMPP; an open protocol that can be as basic as IRC or extended to support everything Telegram does and more. Decentralised (since it’s a protocol), and E2EE through OMEMO or by encrypting with PGP client side is something your provider can’t even have control over.
Who?
EDIT Apparently some Xbox dude
Exactly what I was thinking!
My friends and I used to have a 2D shoot 'm up on our DSs with a level builder; you could transfer a level using sound & mic in a similar process!
At first it was just cool that this existed, it quickly became a very convenient way to transfer levels even if transferring SD cards with the level on it was possible.
That’s such a cool backstory, thanks!
They need somehow a way to earn there living expanses ?
Crackers don’t do it for a living lol
They’re normal people with normal, often 9-5, jobs; who just bought a gamr and want to help more people get their hands on that game even through pay walls and region restrictions.
I would if I could!
I will say, there’s something scary about crafting your own medicine, I’d expect medicine to be highly precisely crafted in labs by highly educated professionals and that it’d be difficult and perhaps dangerous to make and take your own medicine. I could be wrong.
The things they write in the article are amazing, people can make their own life savine cure to hepatitis C for about 70 USD for their whole home made treatment, that just works? It seems too good to be true without any caveats.
Oh and, final thought, “Four Thieves Collective”? They really don’t beat around the bush. I like that
Also, sidenote, 8.3MP camera does not mean the outputted image is that large.
I know someone with a smartphone with 108MP single camera, it has a bad lens but compresses the capture into a sharper 2k picture. Most digital (phone) cameras work this way.
But yeah, you don’t see 4k image unless your screen is 4k, as they said.
These games were not stored with encryption, don’t you worry
