If you think my argument is missing something, by all means, it would be useful to say that rather than passive aggressive.

You do you. Data alone is pretty useless to me.
So there are tribes with both dynamics, maybe more one than the other?. We can also look at things like, say, competitive records between “sexes” (it’s a spectrum, so the binary divide is weird to begin with, but I digress). Men run on average like 30 seconds faster on the mile than women in societies with clear disadvantages to women’s training.
Is this actually significant enough to exclude women? I fail to see how it could be for a role that requires a multitude of skills.
Society’s seem to have stratified based on sex to “protect” women, and maybe a lot of women even prefer it. The issue is when we use some societal preferences to override the individual and prescribe roles before the individual can even develop their own preference (men and enbies included).
What I’m seeing are some societies seem to have figured that out well enough, others are more oppressive.
That’s pretty much what I did this time, but I did also pay attention to the weapon I picked (bloodhound fang) and what attributes scaled well with it (strength, but more so dex). I’m also looking up videos for most of the bosses so I can get familiar with their attacks before losing all my runes 😅 I’ll probably be using the fextra chat to find help on the final demigods, too lol
Me still working my way through the first playthrough of elden ring
(I gave up for like a year cuz i’m dumb and didn’t pay attention to which weapons and specs were best to upgrade)
Like half of Americans are one paycheck away from being homeless. So what point exactly are you making? That you’re morally superior for being better off? Or that we should wait until we have at least two paychecks saved? You have all the answers?
I thought the “benefits” to honey were kinda more for kids >1 so they can be exposed to different types of pollen. I dunno if it actually helps with immunity to allergies in the same way, but iirc it’s similar with peanuts. Kids exposed to them young are much less likely to develop allergies to them
Wild that you’re being down voted, the study literally discusses this and there’s plenty of others. My ex is an alcoholic and would claim it helped him sleep, but I saw him get a few hours at best with high consumption, and when consumption lowered he’d sleep longer and with better quality without waking up as frequently. People claiming it helps them are lying to themselves, as is the nature of addiction.
Or: Found On Roadside Dead
In my boomer dad’s case, it’s been sitting dead on the property forrrrrr a few decades?
There’s still plenty of overlap between the bell curves for average people, and anyway, how much does that difference matter? We share 50% DNA with bananas and the like .0000001% (someone else can do the math) difference between sexes results in social conditioning like your message here. Why?
Are there any for video/voice chat similar to discord? I feel like there are split opinions on it as a platform as they’ve made so many changes with community servers, plus their early association to Charlottesville obviously leaves concerns…but there’s definitely tons of wholesome groups where I’ve made life-long friends. I love that it’s remained ad free but don’t see that lasting
I think it depends on the subreddit. I haven’t spent much time beyond deleting and editing comments to reflect protest, but I did see a thread in r/tech with all the top comments supporting. Obviously the subs that voted to do malicious compliance are sympathetic to the cause, too.
Dude I had vanced and it died after YouTube got them to stop updating. You’re saying it’s still going!?
I’m guessing you can stop at any time if you want to? I’ve known older healthcare professionals that have approved and even encouraged one drink a night, but our understanding of the effects of drinking has evolved. I doubt doctors keeping up with the science would encourage it at this point. It would be like having someone come in that’s overweight. It doesn’t mean you’re unhealthy now, but it may be a factor that needs to be kept in check and working on it could prevent issues in the future.
