Imo it currently plays like shit. Cs has a feel to it and to me, this doesn't quite feel like cs. The gunplay hasa very specific feel and I just don't get the same feedback when shooting on it.

I would be super scared that the surface I’m walking in could potentially be lava. Cool AF too watch though.
What they meant to say was “We didn’t have the foresight to monetize these heavy users, so we will be doing that now. But first we’ll create the problem…”
This is part of the reason why they chose the launch day
Won’t matter. As soon as those alternatives get big enough, they’ll either sell out or look for more ways to maximize profits. The Internet is wholely infected by corporations now. Just need better ways to beat them back somehow.
For me, I wouldn’t say it’s more enjoyable per se. I miss looking into interesting topics. However, I do find myself focusing on my business more which I guess is a bonus. But outside of that, it’s very disappointing the enshitification of the Internet that’s occurring.
Exactly. This logic can also be applied to fast food, hard labor, etc…
Of course, but the offer was prior to the issues coming out.
Unions, the bane of rich people that take advantage of their workers via positions of power.
That company is probably worth way more then that. Or at least could be. So if you’re even remotely prideful, you probably think that’s a slap in the face.
Always been part of the plan: de regulate, corner the market, profit.
I agree with the first point. Using our human bodies as an example when we get infected. It gets really warm. It’s usually a technique used to kill bacteria among other defenses.
I don’t personally believe it’s some kind of “I got my peace for a brief moment and want more” thing. I just believe that we ramped up production after the COVID “recovery” period and we went back to business as usual at a rapid rate.
It’s a tactic to pit us against each other rather then the proper people running to the bank.
This is also why most jobs should be unionized
The people that make money off of it’s monetization. I’ll have to assume they’ll have some sort of season pass.
It is remarkably close to a real bill. If not for the numbers being obviously wrong, I can imagine someone mistaking this for a real bill.
Still quote BASEketball to this day.
I get the hate that it gets, and could very easily have been part of one movie as opposed to 2. However, I still think the trilogy is great. It had me digging in the matrix tunnels for years trying to learn more about it.
It’s definitely a tougher watch now. Some of the comedy falls flat by today’s standards and it requires a lot of work to get to the good stuff.
This is going to come off as 'non technical', because well, it's my personal opinion of course… Anyway, as someone who's been playing this game since Action: Quake, the gameplay just feels different to me.
The two things I can think of offhand with the limited play I've had so far (about 3 days now) 1) things feel zoomed out (I'm not quite sure how to describe it). I'm sure this has something to do with the vision/perspective of the new engine. 2) the gunplay itself, while having hints of CSGO/counterstrike, feels inherently different. Spray feels different, burst feels different. I'm finding single fire to be way more prevelent then before and headshots feeling different as well.
Again, my personal opinion and feeling of the game. Maybe it'll grow on me with time, but similar to CS: Source, it just doesn't feel the same currently.
To put it into perspective I guess, I felt that CSGO felt more like counterstrike (minus the guys and other technical issues of course) then CSGO did at launch.
