He literally rallied a violent mob to try and overturn the last election.
Like, you have to be a moron to think he’s “joking” about trying to be a fascist dictator.

Or just a decent bus system. You could replace 50 cars on that highway with a single bus.
There could also be an elite group of the gayest people on earth. Or it could just be 2 gay lords.
This, btw, is why CVE scores are insane at times.
The vulnerability is that when spawning a new process which is a bat file you need special treatment of the arguments to avoid spawning a second process.
So you need a rust program setup to spawn other processes which also somehow forwards unparsed user input into those processes and is executing a bat file.
There’s a reason nobody has fixed this, it’s because it’s an insane setup that affects basically no rust programs.
This is more than a “breakthrough” IMO. Manufacturers have been eyeing and researching solid states for a long time now. It’s not just a lab toy.
Yup. If you are going to own a printer, get a laser black and white printer and keep it forever. Do not get an inkjet printer. And if you need color prints (you don’t) you can literally just do those at walgreens, cvs, or a bunch of other stores that will do color prints.
The only time you should get an inkjet printer is if you are a busy photographer selling a bunch of prints and you’ve hit the point where doing color prints through a store has become too expensive.
I’ll give it a shot. I’ve been meaning to try it because it does generally come up as being good online. I’ve just not had the time as of late (and the problems with the other new trek turned me off of making time).
a few seasons of disco and Picard have framed your opinion of all new trek
K. I mean, you are correct. I did let the recent trainwrecks from the studio stop me from watching another production from that studio. Are you saying that was wrong of me to do?
I’m using the term “dick jokes” more to describe the style of humor and less about a specific joke about penises (though, pretty sure there’s at least one in there). That is to say, the humor, particularly in season 1, is often crude.
That said, they have relied a lot less on crude humor in later seasons and oddly enough are far more serious than you’d expect from the first season at this point.
I’ve not watched SNW and perhaps dropped out of discovery too soon. S1, 2, and what I saw of 3 wasn’t my favorite.
I mean, I gotta be honest, Picard somewhat ruined discovery for me. I get that they aren’t the same show but they very much have a lot of the same feels going on.
To each their own. VOY had good actors with a few good moments. It was, however, packed with “bad guy of the week” episodes that didn’t really have any plot other than “how will the crew escape the Borg this time?”
Which is why I say it’s forgettable. So many VOY episodes blend together with similar plots and outcomes.
The sci-fi is secondary. What we want, what we crave is character development and smart social commentary wrapped up in a sci-fi package.
TNG was great because it was mostly just commentary on society. DS9 was awesome because it was that with character development and with less rose tinted glasses.
VOY was mostly forgettable because it was just sci-fi plotlines with no real social commentary (other than Berman likes big boobs).
Now what we have is moody lighting, no plot, and what would have been an episode’s worth of social commentary stretched out for an entire season with banal messages like “different people aren’t necessarily bad”.
It’s sad to me that the dick jokes cartoon has been the closest modern trek to nail the feeling of older trek.
Paramount seems to think moody lighting, pointless drama, and special effects is all trekkies want.
Geordi shouldn’t have been clean shaven. Definitely needed a mustache/beard combo to complete the look.
Interesting. Wonder what that means in terms of github. Yuzu isn’t technically distributing the source, is Nintendo taking ownership of it? What stops someone from forking the repo? Who is “yuzu” that’s paying this bill?
Man, I remember laughing at Romney in his presidential run when he said Russia was over the greatest global threats. Boy was he on point.
to people like you that can’t see past the hollow optics.
Umm, ok, Like I agree with you that charities in general tend to be a bad way to solve public problems. But I’m also pointing out that charities rich people tend to contribute to are often even worse than ineffective for addressing public needs.
It’s, frankly, more than most billionaires and 100 millionaires do.
Most billionaires are setting up fake charities as tax shelters so they can publicize “Elon musk gave money to the Elon musk charity for fueling billionaire private jets foundation”.
You can pretty much pick a billionaire and find that billionaire’s charity that does dog shit.
Except for Dolly Parton who apparently didn’t get the memo that she’s supposed to be scamming :D
Because you think “Oh, I made a mistake, I’ll be sure to fix it later”. You never fix it later. You mostly just add layers of shit on top of it and pray nobody asks you in the future “Hey, WTF were you doing there?”
What actually raises the price of milk is the farmer uses his profits to buy up other local dairy farms consolidating their position in the market. They then sign exclusivity deals with both grocers and further milk processors (who are also consolidating) to prevent competing in the market, driving their competitors to either sell for cheap or go out of business. https://theconversation.com/americas-dairy-farms-are-disappearing-down-95-since-the-1970s-milk-price-rules-are-one-reason-why-237439#:~:text=Across the country%2C the dairy, per farm – has been rising.
Because “farm Inc” has a massive horde of wealth, they can stamp out competition by either buying them out, cutting them out, or driving them out of business with prices a small farmer can’t handle. After that, they get to set and raise prices at will with the now smaller pool of big name “farm Inc”.
This literally happens every time a market is poorly regulated and businesses allowed to grow too big. It’s the natural end state of capitalism.
