If he’s not there, he’s pretty close. That level is about 500k a year or maybe a bit more for Vancouver. He talked about living a year at a lower salary to show his kids how the majority of people live. So wagering a guess that he takes home enough that it makes life experiences different.

There is no singular website that hosts all data and there is no singular authority (ok maybe you could argue the developers of the software, but it’s also open source and other options do exist so it’s not a true single point of authority) for the entire network.

There are a couple of packages that I use the snap of. At least I’m the software store (not the stupid snap store) you can select which type of install you want to use. Sometimes there is an option for Deb, snap, AND flatpak in the drop down. Now that’s cool!
