1·3 days agoThe term rollback is often used in the software industry, as a way to undo an update. Since the update was pushed to the client side from the development side, and was realized to not be ready. Apple’s team manager(s) would have discussed whether to patch it or roll it back to the previous software version. Patching such a thing would have taken “some time” to do so. So it was better to roll it back and really hammer on it, to work out the kinks and such.
Well dang. Now I want to play Guitar Hero. (GH3 was my favorite by far.)

Haha. Yeah, I found it a bit too fast as well. Setting it to 75-80% playback speed worked well.

I originally was looking for motivation to start and keep going on things. But I’m open to similar things.
Planning, time management, procrastination and worryments are all things that I would like to find some videos to help get me in gear and focused.
As a dude… no. That seems like a great way to jack up my junk. Squshing my balls being the biggest worry in this arrangement.

You are absolutely not a cheapskate for doing that. That’s being resourceful. You save money that way and can put it towards other things that matter more. Nothing wrong with that. Why spend a few hundred dollars for a new laptop/desktop when you can just get one used that will run for another 2-4 years before it dies?
