  • Have you tried ‘rubber ducky programming’? I’m not a programmer but the trick has helped me with other things when I hit a wall like your talking about. Basically you have a rubber duck with you and when you have a bug or issue, you back up and explain each peice and what it’s supposed to do to the duck. The duck doesn’t know programming so you have to explain it like it’s, well, a duck. This helps slow down your thoughts and focus more on what each line does individually. As an electrican it helps me trouble shoot problems without opening up everything.

Hopefully this helps but I know each of us are different and what helps me may not help you. I know how hard it is to set a problem down when your in the thick of it. As a perfectionist I have to tell myself, it’s good enough, constantly or I’ll spend 3 days on something that should take 1.

  • I truly appreciate your opinion, I only have 488 hours but I’ve been playing since alpha 14 or 15. I have been super happy with the overall advancement of the game and game play. Honestly, I haven’t seen a reason why 1.0 is unstable, it is the smoothest, most thought out version I’ve played so far. I feel like The Fun Pimps have been listening to the community and have done such a good job properly addressing real issues.

That being said the issues you seem to be having definitely would annoy the shit out of me, who knows maybe they are I’m just not realizing it (I get overly confident and die alot)

I am and will always be in the ‘wait till it’s done’ crowd of games. While most games seem 60% done at launch, 7days seems closer to 90% and I’m really enjoying it.

I do hope they fix the problems you’re dealing with, and fulfill the promises they’ve made in a timely manner.

Thank you for your consideration, have a wonderful day

  • I know nothing about this gun except for what I have written about it for dnd. I am sure in its IRL form, it is highly improbable that it is operational but you’d be surprised.

I am not a gunsmith or an engineer but for hypothetical purposes you could possibly make it look like that and still fire a single round.

Would love to know more if you care to elaborate!
