I haven’t had a gaming system.in over 10 years and I was so glad I got the steam deck. It just worked out of the box, no messing around having to set anything up or play around with settings.
I bought a few games, downloaded them and everything has been seamless. Its been the most worthwhile purchase I’ve made in quite some time.
Time, experience and a lot of mistakes. Everyone who has been programming/scripting has made their fair share of mistakes along their journey.
Sometimes you just have to pick one, start it and see how it goes.
I’ve been using Pop for years, I just feel like its always worked so well for me and never given me any major gripes. Web browsing, playing a few basic games, editing documents and even recently setting up another home server with it for media streaming with Jellyfin.
I’m a big advocate for any OS which works well out the box and is mostly hands off once configured!
If PopOS isn’t your thing you’ll find it eventually 🙂

5·9 months agoI’m an idiot so excuse me if this is just way too simple. If you’re able to remove DRM and get the file, is it not just possible to copy the content out of the file and make a brand new file?
I know I’m probably over simplifying things but I know if I’m paranoid about stuff like exif data in an image, if I’m in a pinch I’ll just screenshot the original image instead.

Vyvanse ended up making the dog way bigger on some days, I’m on atomoxetine and that’s been way more manageable.
In case anyone has found themselves to be sensitive to stimulant medication, don’t be afraid to ask about trying non-stimulants 🙂
