Another thing that adds to the fun: the meaning of words to different people.

A more extreme example is a story I vaguely remember where one person thought of “it tastes good” as somewhat negative, while the other actually meant “really good”/quite positive. Or something along those lines

The kids mouth in the last panel confused me a bit but I guess it just got wider from all the talking

You dare give them a different layout of the same buttons, and they will swear up and down the buttons are not there or don’t work.

Me cursing silently because there’s another unnecessary UI change that hides some things in more sub-menus or changes icons for no apparent reason, now trying to find ways to customize my experience instead of doing any actual work

I couldn’t find any to describe that specifically, but I remembered a word for the feeling when you’re trying to brush your hair and some stick to the brush so they’re getting pulled along, not necessarily ripped out though. “Ziepen”

When asked by someone if I think that other people will like what they are planning on wearing

Gets asked “Well, aside from the fact that my fashion sense is pretty much non-existent, I think it would look great :D”

My default response to everything that doesn’t seem inappropriate even for me. And depending on who’s asking/how they’re asking, I might leave the beginning out to avoid them falling into doubts again. So much to consider

Wait, window stacking as in, one symbol on the taskbar for multiple opened windows of a browser for example?

Personally, I like getting together at someone’s house, play some games, have some music (more as background noise most of the time) and maybe some drinks, though I prefer to stay sober and able to think straight. I usually decline going to a bar, unless it’s some special occasion, and then I’m mostly glued to some wall near my group while trying to maintain some form of overview of the situation.
