I wonder what percentage of players opt for the “story only” difficulties? Has anyone done this sort of study? One dev found that 70% opt for easy mode. They point out that most people don’t finish most games, and easy modes help increase that number.

Perhaps there’s a way to do this via hotspot, but I meant tether via physical connection to the router. Some routers do offer failover to secondary networks. Possibly with qos to prevent scarfing, as you put it ;)
They mean using something with a cellular radio. A router, or a tethered cellphone.
Can you elaborate? Every recently published game I’ve played has had this option.
