That’s what my “friend” did. Reddit banned every account he used on his phone at once, but with a different IP, desktop browser, and cookie isolation, they haven’t noticed so far. He might sound like some professional troll, but he was actually banned for a stupid reason.

How do I view comments?
It could be useful to prevent accidental duplicate votes. But definitely not sufficient for malicious actors.
I could see it. Online billing probably uses a different payment provider than physical machines. And it’s probably a smaller proportion of their business, so they’re not willing to eat the cost like they do for physical machines.
