Sadly, my doctor didn’t give me an assessment, but did refer me to someone who could, so I’ll come back and update once I can finally get a formal update.

As someone in your shoe’s (wife also thinks I’m autistic). I have always felt like I never quite fit in anywhere and it really bothered me so today I am getting assessed by my doctor. Don’t really know what happens next but I will say I am welcoming autism with open arms because if I am – and I really think I am, it makes so many things finally fit in place and I can finally find the help I need (hopefully because Murica).

As per friends, I plan to tell everyone I am friends with and if that reduces my social circle, then so be it. Ive been on this journey by my self so long that one less friend won’t hurt.

If anything discovering that I’m autistic will hopefully help me find a new clan to be a part off.

Well, it isn’t so much as that. It’s more of a “crap, my bed isn’t leveled”, or “my nozzle got clogged”, or “the filament wasn’t dry enough and broke”, or the filament got tangled, or some other random print fart issue that causes multiple printing issues sometimes. There’s also some situations where the design doesn’t work and you have to go back and make another design change or iteration. All those attempts create waste plastic, and while I recycle my scraps, I’m not sure how many who are going into this hobby do.

Honestly, I love 3d printing, but I still worry about microplastics in the environment.

I personally have been trying to setup a music library just for my ipod classic, and no matter what I do I keep finding duplicate songs. I also plan to self host my music library to access from my phone when I don’t have my ipod, but first I want to get rid of dupes which makes this so frustrating.

What are the biggest usenets?

We are surrounded by marketing lingo, the thing is if someone says magsafe to me I’ll know exactly what they are talking about, but if they just say “it’s held with magnets”, or “it’s held with a ring of magnets” it will take a bit more explanation of how the magnets are oriented, and more words to describe than just saying magsafe. You and I we don’t like apple, but who cares if magsafe becomes a linguistic term for “ring of magnets that holds and charges a smart phone around the battery”.
