I’m in the military, and whenever one of my Airmen tell me that they’re born in 20-- I always have a moment of “…are you even allowed to be here? Did you lie about your age to get in? Do your parents know where you are?!?”

Wuthering Waves is Hella good. Technically it’s an open world gacha game, but I played through all the storyline (the developers will be forever updating the story a la Genshin Impact), and I never spent a dime on it.

Also, I have spent money on Cooking Diary. However, I went about 3 months of daily play before I did, and it was more about me being impatient/telling myself “You got 3 months of daily play, you can drop the devs $4.99”. I’ve played that game just about daily since Memorial Day 2023, and I’ve dropped $5.00 quarterly. There are regularly moments of infinite lives that exceed an hour or two, that it genuinely isn’t necessary. I spend the money more as a “thanks for not making this ducking game contingent on microtransactions, making it good, and maintaining/update it.”

As a Texas (transplant), I hate how fucking correct this statement is.

I had a dude who would dress up like Britney Spears, and he went by “Britney Girl-Dale”. I never interacted with him, but I had friends who did who said he was HELLA nice, but always high. Which lead me to defending him anytime my judgemental parents had anything nasty to say.

Unfortunately, last I heard he had “found Jesus” and went massively fundie/evangelical. 😮‍💨

Actually, as an American, I found all of Belgium highly underrated. Everyone always talks about Paris, Berlin, and Munich as the crazy big tourist destinations in that region.

I went to Brussels for my birthday in spring 2022, and its easily one of my favorite birthdays to date. Unf. Big Belgium Fangirl here. 10/10 I want everyone I know to visit.

Yup, just started it! I spent a few days wandering around doing side missions, so by the time I got to this point and the title screen popped up, I was so fucking confused.

I initially thought I had failed the whole mission and had to start the game completely over 😂

Sneaking into a hotel room to steal cutting edge military tech with a terrorist conscious locked inside of it from the rebellious son of a CEO who had already stolen it from his own father’s company to sell to his fathers competitors…

…also I was wrongfully accused of the resulting patricide when the CEO confronted his son regarding the stolen tech.
