Thank you, I never understand the Tuvix stans. Neelix was annoying but I wouldn’t trade anything for Tuvok.

Tuvok was dead. You don’t kill someone to revive another person or even two - otherwise transplant waiting lists would be much smaller

Was he dead though? Or was he fully alive as part of Tuvix’s consciousness? Tuvix had incentive not to tell anyone if he heard the voices of Tuvok and Neelix screaming in agony in his head. We frankly don’t know.

But he clearly wasn’t. They don’t have the technology to bring an actually dead person back to life. So it should be assumed they were both still alive. From our current perspective of the universe they didn’t exist but I’d extrapolate that out to be a bigger version of object impermanence.

We already know he wasn’t mentally stable, given the mix of Vulcan and Talaxian emotions within him. He could potentially use Tuvok’s emotional control skills, but we’ve seen in other episodes that those don’t necessarily work on non-Vulcans. Tuvix could have gone full crazy and tried to kill everyone, and could do it with Tuvok’s security codes.

What happens when his Vulcan side hits Pon Farr? With Neelix in the mix he might do worse than just kill everyone.
